Terrible dry cleaners! They are a monopoly in town so I have tolerated them for a long time and they are great at pressing clothes, but my clothes never look any cleaner. Today's incident prompted me to write this review though. When I went there to pick up my clothes this morning, I immediately noticed that my silk Tommy Bahamas shirt was no longer Orange, like it was when I dropped it off early last week. Instead it looked like it was a bleached out tan. I immediately pointed this out and the Chinese man told me "that's impossible", referring to my comments that they ruined my shirt and the color changed. So instead of trying to make things right, he walked to the register to ring me up and he even charged me the $5.50 for the ruined shirt. I paid him and told him he lost a customer for life and he laughed! Not so funny...
