Our dogs LOVE to visit NIK! It is literally their home away from home! They are so accustomed to going there now they just walk out to the kennel area on their own!

I am not one to write reviews usually but I have to say I can't really hold this one back. My parents, mother in law and myself have been taking our dogs to this kennel for quite some time now. This time around it was new owners so I was a bit skeptical but willing to give them a chance. First, I dropped my two goldens off on a Thursday evening right at 5:30 (their closing time and I know it was directly at closing because I had to rush to get their on time due to traffic) and I was charged for the entire day. Second, my youngest golden went into the kennel chewing perfectly fine and now won't chew on the left side of her mouth and hangs her head down to chew on her right side (she's been home for all of 2 hours) and we noticed immediately that she kept wincing as soon as they were picked up. I will not recommend this place to anyone anymore and my family and I will be going elsewhere.
Like so many dog owners, our dogs are members of our family and we want the best care for them while we're away. Knowing that our "Furry ones" are with Judy and Ken gives us such peace of mind plus we know they are having fun!

These past couple of years several . . . MANY circumstances have occurred that we were called out of town and needed to board our dogs (3) spur of the moment and Judy and Ken always were there for us.
Our dog "Rustler" can't wait to get in the door! The owners and staff run a very clean and well managed kennel. I leave for vacation knowing he will get excellent care there. Highly recommended.
